P.S. If any internal or external committee members fall under the 3rd or 4th qualification categories (industry professionals, assistant professors, or non-academic personnel), please finalize by November 20 (Thursday). You must contact the respective division coordinator to convene a departmental meeting to review and approve the eligibility of the committee members before they can serve on the committee. If you encounter any difficulties, please contact me as soon as possible.

Before the Oral Defense
You must submit the Doctoral Degree Examination Evaluation Form (must match your application form to the College Office for official stamping before the oral defense can be conducted.
After the Oral Defense
Submit the following to the College Office for examination record registration:
•Doctoral Degree Examination Evaluation Form 
•Examination Score Sheet 
•Thesis Originality Comparison Form (Oral Defense Version) 
•Library similarity check results

Please complete the oral defense by February 2, 2026, and finish all school-leaving procedures by February 12, 2026.
